Stew Spence

It took Stew only seven years as an accountant to realize that a JOB of any kind was not the professional path he wished to pursue.
A search for a better way of life led to the network marketing industry. As an independent distributor in a corporate environment, Stew experienced a myriad of success for an entire decade.
Being quite content with his life and career, Stew began investing in real estate in 1986. It didn’t take long for him to discover that this was to be his passion in life.
In 1989, he became a full time real estate investor, and has bought, sold or been on the business end of hundreds of real estate transactions, both large and small, over the past twenty years.
Although Stew specialized in foreclosed and distressed properties, his expertise goes well beyond that single aspect of real estate. The very nature of distressed property often suggests rehab or renovation work. This can be anything from simple cosmetics to a major construction effort.
The power team Stew assembled to handle this area of his business is most impressive.
He has also been involved in numerous diverse types of transactions including commercial, multi-family, condo conversions and land development projects. His success ratio in all of these real estate endeavors has been nothing shy of remarkable.
In 1999, Stew retired but after only six months of being bored with "the good life" he decided that he needed a new challenge: teaching others how to do what he has done.
Today, building on a monumental career with over $40,000,000 U.S. in real estate transactions completed, he is not only still an active investor, but has also trained many thousands of students how to successfully invest in real estate and change their financial future.
